Found at a liquor store in my hometown. The owner of the liquor store explained to me that only 300ml of the sake was raw, so I bought 300ml. The sweetness, fruitiness, and aromatic richness spread in the mouth. The taste is refreshing and refreshing. This is a delicious sake that makes you want to drink more and more of it.

Purchased at a souvenir shop during a summer visit to Ogaki. From the look of the label, I thought it would be a refreshing summer sake, but it was quite dry. The aroma is gentle and rounded, typical of sake, and when you put it in your mouth, you will feel a soft and round taste, followed by a spiciness that will hit your tongue. It goes down the throat cleanly and leaves a moderate spiciness. It is a sake that you would want to pair with a hot pot.

I visited Imanishi Sake Brewery and was fascinated by the explanation given by the clerk. The aroma was not so noticeable before drinking, but when I sipped it, I was surprised by the taste, which was a harmony of subtle gasiness, fruity flavor, and bitterness derived from the wooden vat. It goes down the throat refreshingly, and the lingering aroma is irresistible. I felt it tasted even better when drunk before or after a meal.
