カチカチ山
I opened a bottle of Summer Night Sky under clear skies and heat that didn't seem like the rainy season.
In the opening caution ⚠️, the cork flew away vigorously 😅 although I thought I was being careful.
The aroma is slightly fresh, like pears.
The taste has a slightly carbonated gasiness, a hint of sweetness, umami, and then sourness, spreading out in order.
I think this acidity is unique to Bodai Hashiro.
The unique sourness, which I also felt when I drank the Bodai Hashiroshi of Sanmorosugi, makes me think that this sourness is a good match for summer.
It makes me want to drink it on a calm night while watching the moon.
