The aroma is sweet and pineapple-like.
The mouthfeel is gentle, and after the acidity spreads in the mouth, the delicious and complex flavor of rice peculiar to Omachi spreads.
The lingering aftertaste is very pleasant on the nose.
There are many 17° sakes that I like because of the pleasant aftertaste, but it is difficult to drink a lot of them because I get drunk easily😅.
