I opened a bottle of Hana-Kun from the stable "Mimuro-Sugi" because I was having a great dinner with friends.
It was so active that it overflowed a little when we opened the bottle💦.
The aroma is sweet with a rummy feel.
The mouthfeel has a strong gasiness, followed by a hint of sweetness, and then a bitter taste, followed by the delicious rice flavor that only Omachi can provide.
The 13% alcohol content makes us think that it is indeed possible to produce this flavor.
