I was careful to open the bottle because it was an active nigori, but it was completely quiet and out of sync.
It has a nice piquancy, but it's so mild that it's not even slightly effervescent. It's silky and at 13 degrees Celsius, it's easy to drink, but I don't think it's very drinkable.
