I bought it last year and remembered how good it tasted, so I bought it again this year. I was a little concerned about the acidity in the supernatant, but after stirring it, the balance was just right and it became my favorite flavor! It has no peculiarities and can be drunk easily and refreshingly. It was a delicious sake full of freshness, the exact opposite of what is called "ero-fudo" 🤭.
