I bought this sake because I was impressed with the Pure Ibaraki Ibaraki I drank before. It is a bit expensive for a junmai sake, but it has just the right amount of sweetness, a clean aftertaste, and a very nice finish. Like the previous junmai ginjo, it really makes you want to drink it all the time (i.e., it runs out quickly)👍

This is a seasonal sake from Hanamup. I think the label used to be pink, but I think the red color has become stronger. It is a raw Misato Nishiki sake. As for the taste right after opening the bottle, it tastes quite sweet and somewhat alcohol-like. I find it somewhat brown sugar-like sweetness, which I believe is a characteristic of the individual Hanayuup. After a couple of days, the alcohol-like taste disappears and it is mildly sweet. The banana and apple pie taste is the same as the previous tastes. It is as delicious as ever. It is good even if you drink it by itself. I think it would be better to drink it on the rocks. I think it would go well with white sauce.

This was the first time for Hanayu. He was introduced to sake rice by the brewer of the 14th generation and heard about the brewing process. It has a gorgeous sweet aroma, smooth on the palate, and juicy sweetness like melon. It also has a nice sharpness. It makes you drink more and more... ♪

Shigemasu is the second most commonly seen Fukuoka sake in Tokyo after Uguisu in the garden. The top aroma is sweet with a full-bodied flavor. In the mouth, there is a gentle, full-bodied sweetness and umami. The taste is gradually quenched by a slight astringency. It has a beautiful flavor typical of daiginjo-style sake. I looked up "Gin-no-satoru" for the first time, and found that it is a crossbreed of Yamada-Nishiki and Saikai 222 (one parent is Yamada-Nishiki), which is similar to Yamada-Nishiki in richness and sweetness. I'd like to try the Yamadanishiki Daiginjo next 🍶. It was delicious ✨

It's raw sake~~. I couldn't fit a bottle in the fridge, so I had to transfer it. I love Hououmida, and how nice to be able to buy it for around 3,500 yen! Fruity aroma, thick and rich taste, delicious~~! 4.8/5.0

The ultimate food wine. This bottle was introduced on BS "Otona no Yoromi". https://www.bsjapanext.co.jp/program/tasinomi/ I tried it with a rice bowl, which I have never paired with sake before. It was a bowl of rice topped with pickled yellowtail. It was a delicious sake on its own, but after taking a bite, the sake flowed smoothly down my throat and I felt a soft sweetness at the end. And then the next bite goes down your throat again. This is good. It is said that this sake is brewed by a young female toji. I wonder if it will become even more delicious in the future. I would like to drink this sake regularly.
