I finally managed to get my hands on some Hanayo-Yoku. I heard that if you line up at Nanyo Brewery first thing in the morning, you can buy it, but that's also a very difficult task. Then again, I had to buy it at the same time... (tears)
The aroma is as gorgeous as it should be. Ripe pineapple, kiwi, and caramel. At any rate, it's thick.
It's not sweet, it's sweet. I can feel the acidity, but it's sweet anyway.
The aftertaste is also sweet, but the bitterness rushes in from there.
The aroma, taste, and aftertaste are all very flashy. I just don't know what to pair it with....

Kudoki's four-pack is a delight.
It has a sweet apple-like aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it is sweet like Kudoki! The firm sweetness spreads quickly and disappears quickly. I feel like I'm going to die.
A little sweetness, apple-like aftertaste and rice flavor remain. You can drink it easily even though it is firm. There is no doubt about the quality.

Long time no see. First time drinking at home.
It has a rich sweetness like honey because it is a noble sake, but it is easy to drink because it has a sour taste like Shinsei. I think so.
There is no alcoholic taste, so it is easy to drink. It may not be something you drink on a daily basis, though. If you want something sweet, this is a good choice.
