I finally managed to get my hands on some Hanayo-Yoku. I heard that if you line up at Nanyo Brewery first thing in the morning, you can buy it, but that's also a very difficult task. Then again, I had to buy it at the same time... (tears)
The aroma is as gorgeous as it should be. Ripe pineapple, kiwi, and caramel. At any rate, it's thick.
It's not sweet, it's sweet. I can feel the acidity, but it's sweet anyway.
The aftertaste is also sweet, but the bitterness rushes in from there.
The aroma, taste, and aftertaste are all very flashy. I just don't know what to pair it with....
Kudoki's four-pack is a delight.
It has a sweet apple-like aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it is sweet like Kudoki! The firm sweetness spreads quickly and disappears quickly. I feel like I'm going to die.
A little sweetness, apple-like aftertaste and rice flavor remain. You can drink it easily even though it is firm. There is no doubt about the quality.
Long time no see. First time drinking at home.
It has a rich sweetness like honey because it is a noble sake, but it is easy to drink because it has a sour taste like Shinsei. I think so.
There is no alcoholic taste, so it is easy to drink. It may not be something you drink on a daily basis, though. If you want something sweet, this is a good choice.
🕺🕺🕺🕺
I see. That's the best way to have fun! It's great to be able to drink a little bit of each individual sake! I think I'll try to organize something like that too!
Clear sweetness
Rather than fruity, it has a sweetness unique to Miyamanishiki.
The aftertaste is also sweet but a little light.
The alcohol is felt and it comes to the throat.
Dessert Wine
When I saw that Tobiraizumi was in stock, I bought it without hesitation.
Tori series? It's a very fruity and sweet sake!
After letting it sit for a few days, it was full of the sourness of Yamahai that I like so much.
Also good with soda!
10% alcohol
Nigori, sweet and sour strawberry-like taste
No.4 bottle emptied in 2 days
You can drink it easily while enjoying remote hanami
Cute appearance and terrible sake that makes people drunk
It has a melon-like sweetness with a not-too-sour acidity.
It's a good combination.
It's sweet but refreshing to drink.
It's very thick and easy to drink.
Just as the date on the label says, this sake was freshly pressed on the morning of February 3rd.
Delicious, with a freshness and slight effervescence reminiscent of a green apple!
Sake no Wa Melon No.1, Ryujin
I've always wanted to try it!
Melon scent coming from the glass
It tastes so good that you feel like there is a whole melon in it!
It's more melon in your throat than in your mouth!
The first "Shinsei".
It has a nice aroma and is easy to drink.
It has a pudgy, slightly fuming taste.
Refreshing sip.
A few days after opening it, the aroma is more pronounced and more delicious.
