A blend of aged sake. The color is completely golden. It's beautiful.
Mild on the tongue. The gentle sweetness and sourness spread and are not sticky. The best part is the aged aroma. It has a whiskey-like aroma. And yet, there is no alcohol heat after swallowing.
The nights have been getting colder lately. I think I'll enjoy it warmed up.
