I wanted to try a brand I had never had before,
Banshu Ikkyo.
When I opened the bottle and sipped it, I was surprised to find that it was as sweet as a melon, just like the label.
As the label says, it has a melon-like sweetness,
It is not too sweet, but has a delicious flavor,
It is not too sweet, but has a nice flavor, and it finishes with a nice crispness.
Personally, I prefer to drink it chilled.
Before drinking it, I had an image of a strong dry sake, but it was really delicious and not too spicy.
