I drank this bottle when I went back to my parents' house for the Bon Festival.
It is brewed with all rice and 90% polished rice.
It was brewed in its natural state.
It was quite a struggle to open the bottle.
When I opened it, there was not much aroma,
But when you sip it, it has sweetness and strong acidity,
It is rich and quite peculiar.
When I drank it cold, my father said, "It tastes like medicine,
It tastes like medicine," he said.
On the other hand, when I drank it on the rocks,
It tastes more rounded and refreshing,
It tastes better on the rocks.
After the second day, it becomes rounder and easier to drink, but my personal impression is that it is a controversial sake.
