I had never seen this brand of Kyushu sake before,
I just had to buy it.
The color is yellow, probably due to the fact that it is unfiltered,
The aroma is not so strong.
The taste of rice and acidity are present in the mouth,
It has a clean, tight, dry taste.
However, it is not a classic dry wine,
It has a soft impression and goes well with meals.
I paired it with fish and grilled chicken,
It was served both chilled and at room temperature, and both were delicious.
