Mimuro Sugi Hiyoroshi, I have nothing but high expectations.
When the bottle is opened, it has a sweet but soothing aroma.
When you drink it, the sweetness reminds you of muscat.
The acidity and bitterness are well balanced.
It is not too sweet and does not leave a lingering taste in the mouth, making it easy to drink.
It goes well with rice and is delicious on its own.
It is truly delicious.
Mimuro Cedar is my recent favorite.
