デューク澁澤

I drank a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei Miyamanishiki that I purchased on a business trip to Nagano last month.
The aroma is strong, with a slight gaseousness and a fruity flavor that is typical of Miyamanishiki.
The sweetness comes first, and then it quickly disappears, leaving behind an elegant umami that is typical of Kamerei, as well as a little bit of rice flavor.
This is one of the most highly rated Kamerei I have had recently.
It goes well with roasted chicken and spring rolls with bonito. Delicious!
