I was in Nagano on a business trip yesterday.
So I visited kaku.uchi in front of Nagano station for the third time, which was mentioned in Ane's post the day before.
It was a corner bar for about 6 people, but there were rare sakes unique to Nagano.
The third sake we drank was a light nigori from Yamazan.
The heavy sweetness, richness of rice, and crispness of nigori sake were wonderful.
I drank too much sake at three houses.
Beer x2 -> No.6S-R -> Tobiroki -> Yamazan -> 2 kinds of Kamerei -> Daishinshu -> Yamazan...I forgot 😢.
