Houraisen's Kuu Junmai Daiginjo💗.
The only sake I tasted that did not have a spectacular aroma 🤔.
But when you put it in your mouth
Not too sweet, but a nice balance of richness and acidity! ✨

It's a Junmai Daiginjo with a refreshing and clean feeling that you don't get tired of drinking! I felt ☺️.
I mean, this is the only one I guessed when I tasted the sake 🤣 lol
My husband, who prefers "light" umakuchi, also liked this one ☺️💕.
I think I liked the Jikin the best 🥰.
I'll enjoy the rest by itself 🤤!

Pon-chan-san The other 3 brands had a ripe fruit-like aroma, but this one had a more subdued aroma ✨ The flavor was the easiest to pair with food and was personally quite delicious 🥰.

I lived in Nagoya for 14 years!
I love miso nikomi udon, and I still think hatcho miso is the best... I was almost never interested in sake back then, but I knew only the sky, and it was one of my favorites... 😋.
