Long time no post here! Koshi's direct pumping 🥰🥰. The moment I opened it, it smells like pineapple! I drank it. It's a bittersweet, sour, and bitter taste follows immediately and then it disappears without a trace! What? Where is the sweetness in the aroma? The acidity is so dominant! But the umami and slight sweetness also come through, so you can drink it without hesitation, and it is very easy to drink! Wow, the aroma got me 😂! LOL! But as the temperature goes up, the sweetness comes out and you can catch a glimpse of the sweet umami that is typical of Koshi 🥰.
