Hanamup🫶 which was given to me by a sake friend.
Akita is going through a hard time right now, so I opened it to at least support them by drinking it🥺.
When I poured it into the glass, it had a weak pineapple aroma!
The pineapple tropical aroma was unexpected and surprising.
When I drank it, I could taste the flavor.
The flavor comes with a strong thump and disappears the moment you swallow it 🥹!
Seemed to have a bit of saltiness too 🤔.
Above all, the sharpness is not half bad! LOL!
It's not too sweet and can be used during a meal 💕.
I think the bitterness increased a bit as the day passed.
But as the temperature rises, the aroma becomes more peachy and the bitterness weakens and it's like a different sake 😳✨.
I thought it was an amazing sake with so many different faces!
