Shinshu Kamerei, which I bought last year and kept laying around.
Tropical aroma✨
The aroma is milder than the Yamae Nishiki I had before: ☺️
Taste is sweetness and then crispy and crunchy!
It's so fresh for having been laid down 😳
A hint of sourness too ✨
Yeah, it's sweeter and more refreshing than Yamae Nishiki!
Also, as I felt with the Yamae Nishiki, it's like sake made from good water 😍.
When paired with tenzaru
I can feel the bitterness at the end and it drains away the oil 🤤.
It would also go well with wild vegetable tempura ♡♡♡
I think this one is better suited for eating than the Yamae Nishiki I drank last year 🥳.
