This will be a series of posts, but the next one is a handsome nigori from the Tedorigawa River.
When it opens, it opens maturely without blowing 🥰.
First of all, the aroma is fruity!
Green apple? It smells like green apple or some kind of refreshing fruit!
This might be rare for a nigori ✨.
The sweetness and the schwarziness are more pronounced than I expected 😳.
I've often seen it as dry, so I thought it wouldn't have that much sweetness!
But it has a nice sharp aftertaste, so it doesn't taste like it's full of crap 🙆♀
No, this is one of the best nigori ✨.
It has sweetness and in my opinion it's a good match for Hirotogawa ☺️
The bitterness in the aftertaste gets a little stronger as the temperature goes up, but it's still well-balanced 🥰.
And when I drink it a week later, the bitterness has subsided and the sweetness has increased!
And the creaminess of the nigori has also increased, and the shwashiness is still there, it's just so delicious 🥹.
I must buy this again this winter 🤤🤤🤤.
