This time with a cute label.
Summer Snowman☃🍉 of mansaku flowers
This sake was given to me by Sake Data Bank🫶.
It's a snowman even though it's a sake that comes out in the summer!
Why is that 🙄? I looked it up.
It seems that it is because the sake is brewed in winter and matured in the brewery until summer 🥰.
Here's what I thought when I drank it without any prior information ☺️.
Smells like white grapes with a clean fruity aroma 🍇✨.
When you drink it, it tastes bitter 🤔!
But it has a slight sweetness and a strong umami flavor ✨.
The bitter taste is also strong at the end and it goes away cleanly ✨!
Is it a strong taste for a summer sake? I wonder if I let it sit too long? LOL!
But it's sharp and not too sweet, which is rare against the aroma! ✨
I'm convinced that it's because it's a laid down sake that so much flavor is on it 💕.
It's a summer sake but it's perfect even in this cold season🙆♀! ✨

Good evening, na2!
Mansaku Snowman is a summer sake, but now⁉️🤣
I guess it's for summer, but it's still good this time of year ❣️.

Good evening, T.KISO!
This one is fire-aged and originally aged, so there is no problem.
