na2The red of Kouriu is very difficult to obtain! Still, I had to try it💦. Then a sake friend gave it to me right after it was released 🥺! The moment I opened it, it had a nice fruity aroma 🥰. But when you pour it into a glass, it has a thicker, dried fruit type aroma? It has a thick aroma! It's exciting to see such a change in aroma 🤣 lol Drinking it with a heightened feeling... It soaks in quickly and is lush! By the time you feel it, the aftertaste is gone 😳😳! What? Is this alsobe? LOL! The sweetness and umami are just right. When you roll it on your tongue, the sourness and bitterness remain. But if you drink it slowly, the richness, sweetness, and sourness are just right, and the bitterness is not unpleasant! It's like a lighter version of Jikon's Tokujun with added sourness... 🤣 It's more like that than Jyushiyo! LOL! No, this is not the taste of a sake of this price and it's amazing 👏. Oh, it has a soft mouthfeel, so it might be lacking for those who bought it because they heard it was unfiltered 🤔? It mellows out as the day goes by and the bitterness disappears, making it easier to drink and perfect for me who drinks it slowly! I love it 💕 I love it! I'd like to try the other series if the timing is right 🫶.

えりりんna2-san konban-ha! I got curious and bought it. I drank the white label one in the winter and it was delicious.

na2Eririn, it's been a while 💕 I would love for you to drink this! I hope so 🤤 because the white cloudy one looked delicious too! I've grown to like it so much that I want to pursue it if not for the sake 🥰.

えりりん(*´∇``)Nohi~♪ Glad to hear you are doing well ☺️ I had to share a bottle of sake with a friend of mine because it was too hard for us to get a bottle. I'll be chasing after the 4-gouple bottles when they go on sale: 💕︎

na2Eririn-san Our house is right next to the ocean, so we are evacuating now! 💦 The house has only fallen or collapsed furniture and paintings ☺️

えりりんI'm glad you are safe. I'm worried about the frequent and large aftershocks... Please be careful 🥺.

na2Eirin-san The aftershocks have finally become less frequent lately, but my kids feel the shaking all the time and I'm worried about them getting PTSD 🥲.
