On the second day, the alcohol feeling from the first day fades away and the sweetness and umami opens up to become a beautiful sake with good acidity and sharpness!

Many sake that are crisp and fresh when chilled have a bitterness and an alcohol taste that comes out as the temperature rises, but I was surprised that Asahitaka has a sweet, fruity, and crisp taste the whole time!
I think I prefer it at room temperature rather than chilled 💕.
I'm convinced this is why it's so hard to find 🥺✨.
And after 6 months in the fridge, it's grown to be easy to drink like sweet, tasty, refreshing water without the alu feeling!
