おみそ汁
First encounter since the change from Fukuhime at the Hakata Station event.
The first sniff was like a sacred wine
But I didn't mind from the second sniff.
The taste is more modern, but I could feel a little alcohol.
Since it's a nokumi, it's very exciting to see how it will change from here.

Purchased at Fukuda Sake Brewery.
I bought a lot of it, so I drank it all at once to reduce the amount.
It is a sparkling type, not too sweet, not too spicy, and easy to drink, but it has 14% alcohol content.
I am not a fan of carbonation, so the carbonation was stronger than I expected, and it hurt my nose.
I think I prefer Nagasaki Bijin if they are made by the same brewer.
