Purchased at Fukuda Sake Brewery.
I bought a lot of it, so I drank it all at once to reduce the amount.
It is a sparkling type, not too sweet, not too spicy, and easy to drink, but it has 14% alcohol content.
I am not a fan of carbonation, so the carbonation was stronger than I expected, and it hurt my nose.
I think I prefer Nagasaki Bijin if they are made by the same brewer.

Elegant sweetness, acidity is smooth, full-bodied and pleasantly bitter. While it has a sweet aroma, it is relatively dry and clean as a taste.
Personally, I quite like the taste.

The 4 bottles we drank at Kisaru 🍶.
It has a firm body 🥰 and unlike other Aki-agari sake, it is not sweet! It's the kind of sake I like to drink alone.
