The limited edition Sentori is sold exclusively at Torichataro in Shibuya! I had an image of Sentori being a bit spicy, but it was very easy to drink with a fresh sweetness with a hint of pear. I guess modern Sentori is too popular these days, so they write "Classic Sentori" on the bottle........

Last night we went to our second usual restaurant 🏮. I chose a sake called "Kijoshu"! Sweetness overflowing! It was fizzy and refreshing 🫧. The taste was reminiscent of white grape juice! For snacks, we had our usual oden 🍢. By the way, the other day was the sake test 😳. For those of you who took the test, how was your response? I took the 3rd level, and I'm relieved to say that I managed to exceed the border in my self-scoring... 🪽. I'm hoping to make it to Level 2 this year, and hopefully Level 1!

Last night we had Mutsu Hachisen! First time trying the red label 🔥. The top nose has a refreshing aroma of grapefruit and other citrus fruits. On the palate, it has a bubbly, effervescent taste and a cool bitterness that reminds me of biting into a lemon peel 🍋🫧. It has an umami taste, but it is not dull, and it shows its true value even more when paired with food! It's also a great food wine 🥘✨. Dessert was a gift of sake cake 🥮! It is moist, fluffy, and very delicious! Even after drinking it, I could still taste the sake flavor 🙂 🙂 ✨.

I hope everyone had a great three-day weekend! I bought my favorite Haneya and enjoyed it carefully at home 🪶. When I drank it at the store, I thought it was sweet because of its gorgeous aroma and full umami flavor, but when I settled down to savor it carefully, I was surprised to find that it was not that sweet and I felt a pleasant tingling sensation 🫚. Nevertheless, there is no bitterness at all, and it is easy to drink to the end. When drinking at home, it's fun to make new discoveries because you can taste it slowly 🕵️‍♂️✨

K-san, good evening 😆I think drinking at home is more relaxing, but if I were to say the ratio, I would say I drink more outside. But at home you don't have to go home 😁.

Hi Kano, good evening 🌉. Yes, the great thing about drinking at home is that you can dive right into bed 🙈✨.

I didn't know this was a Hokkaido sake, Much sweeter and easier to drink! I'm sure you'll enjoy it 😋. I don't have a picture of it, but I also had a bottle of Kokushi Musou afterwards. I liked the taste of that one too. I really liked the taste 🫶. Sake from a rice-producing region is delicious after all!

On this day, we drank some local sake from Hokkaido! It's not sweet, but it's a food sake with a robust rice umami flavor 🌾✨.

Holy Haneya! The sake of choice! Really good! Perfectly balanced with the sweetness... I love the petit fizziness too! I've definitely decided to keep Haneya in my house 🪶.

K, Hi 😊Haneya is cosy ☝️ delicious and cheap ✨I'm grateful for the sake people ✨By the way, Totti from Sake Sen-do Horiichi is also a sake I'm recommending ☝️

A little premium & rare sake 🌟. I think this is the first time I've ever had a sake that drinks so smoothly like water... Extremely neutral and non-habit-forming, but still has the good points of sake. I don't know if this is the right way to describe it, but it tastes like the end result of the pursuit of pure deliciousness! 😶 This place is a wine bar, but they also have great sake 👍

Jukinmu from Eikoufuji, which I first fell in love with! Ahhh... really easy to drink... The flashy umami flavor is surging through. What can I say, it's gorgeous💐. Apparently, this one was made to be a food sake. Indeed, I felt like I could have many glasses of it with a meal 🍱.

I like this a lot! The level I would like to have in my house! Strong and mellow sweetness like apple syrup 🍎. They use mizumoto junmai sake as brewing water. In other words, this is also a noble sake! A day full of luxurious sake✨

It is similar to dandelion, but this one has an aged medicinal and sour taste like Chinese herbs. It is no longer like Shaoxing wine! It seems to go well with ice cream and other desserts: ⚔️ The azalea and dandelion are the yeast used to make sake, and they use yeast from flowers instead of the yeast used in ordinary sake. I didn't know such a sake existed 🌻.

Sake made by Toyonaga Shuzo in Kumamoto! Only this store and one other store carry this very rare sake: ★★★★★ Kijoshu is a sake made using a luxurious method in which the sake itself is used instead of water during the brewing process. The sake is brewed with the help of dandelion flower yeast and blended with richly flavored old sake. I see...the sweet honey taste reminiscent of brown sugar is the result of the old sake... 🍯.

Highly acidic, no longer over-aged pears🍐. Slightly effervescent 🫧. I looked it up and found that it is a sake that goes well with ponzu. I would like to try it! I drank too much 💦 because it was a Chiyomusubi special that day.

I always wanted to drink! First time kuraudei: ☁️ At 6% alcohol, it's lighter than I expected. Tastes like lactic acid like calpis 🥛. I also enjoyed the freshly opened 🫧 bottle. Much closer to a dessert drink than I expected 🥺. A little more body-heavy and full-bodied would be nice! 🥊 I've been to this restaurant for a while now and it's a great place to stay for the menu and the friendly atmosphere!

It was the most fruity of the 5 varieties we drank! The sweetness was moderate and refreshing without being overpowering🚿. It was interesting that each flavor had its own personality, not just a gradient change in taste depending on the polish 🌈.

The 200th memorable check-in is here: ‼️ The attack is sweet, but afterwards I feel a little bitterness... Or rather, I can feel the alcohol that seems to linger on my tongue. It was probably the hardest to drink out of all the Chiyomusubi drink comparisons! Sesame mackerel, bonito sakataki cream cheese strongest 🐟.

The second of the five Chiyomusubi varieties drinking comparison is sweet-tart and easy to drink! This is a quintessential Junmai Daiginjo! Is Chiyomusubi a brand that leaves a slightly bitter taste overall? I have the impression that it is a brand that leaves a little bitterness overall.

This is sparkling! It has a white wine feel 🥂. Although the sweetness comes later, I am still bothered by the bitterness of the carbonation characteristic of sparkling. Sparkling may still take some getting used to. The photo of the food is the tantanmen and xiaolongbao we had at a nearby restaurant, XueMeiHua! 🍜 I was so hungry that I devoured them in no time 🤤.
