Brewed in the US, in Folsom, California.
Not very good, I use it for cooking. Thought it would be fun to try to review it.
It’s still drinkable though, pretty light and clean to start but then gets sharp and unpleasantly bitter at the end. Not many distinguishable flavours: graphite, acetone, corn?
It would be pretty fine if the finish wasn’t so bad. Still, this isn’t America’s fault I don’t think, I’ve had cheap Japanese sake that tasted similarly poor.
