It has a fresh melon-like melon aroma with a gorgeous 🍈 sweetness!
I was very drunk at the first restaurant that day, but it was nice to chat with the owner at the second restaurant here! KThe bubbly sensation is rampant!
The flavor is milky with some amazake-like nuances. Delicious.
O-roku, I've had it before, but I didn't know it was a Shimane sake until I saw the word Izumo: ✏️ KSweetness!
It's not as thick and sweet as beeswax like Shin Tsuchida, but it certainly has a "Tsuchida" breath to it. I love it! KThe limited edition Sentori is sold exclusively at Torichataro in Shibuya!
I had an image of Sentori being a bit spicy, but it was very easy to drink with a fresh sweetness with a hint of pear.
I guess modern Sentori is too popular these days, so they write "Classic Sentori" on the bottle........ KLast night we went to our second usual restaurant 🏮.
I chose a sake called "Kijoshu"!
Sweetness overflowing! It was fizzy and refreshing 🫧.
The taste was reminiscent of white grape juice!
For snacks, we had our usual oden 🍢.
By the way, the other day was the sake test 😳.

I took the 3rd level, and I'm relieved to say that I managed to exceed the border in my self-scoring... 🪽.
I'm hoping to make it to Level 2 this year, and hopefully Level 1! KHere's a little rare sake too ★★★★☆
It has a strong umami taste, but it is relatively sharp rather than full-bodied.
The sweetness is not too strong and well balanced.
I would prefer something a little more flashy, but this is probably the best for a gentle 🍢. うっち〜の超〜りっぱGood evening, Mr. K. 😄 I happen to be drinking the same sake 😅 This label is hard to photograph---the light is just too bright... KUchi~'s super~rigid!

This place is very dry.
Otoshi is potato salad with oden egg 🥚. KIt's a hazy memory, but I think it was a very voluptuous and tasty sake 🤤.
I checked and this one is also a limited edition sake...
I wonder if this restaurant has a parade of rare sake...

There was good music playing from the 100 year old big speakers in the restaurant, and I got to know the artist Ichiko Aoba. KShichibonjari always tastes good...
It is dry but has a fresh, youthful flavor, and if you didn't know it was a dry brand, you might think it was sweet and drink it.
This year I'm going to drink as much Shiboritate Nama sake as I can 🧘. KIt has a well-balanced taste and is easy to pair with meals!
I looked it up and found out that it was created to be the ultimate food wine.

I vaguely remember it tasting both dry and sweet, which I liked.
If I'm not mistaken, I think "glacial bamboo shoots" refers to the icicles that form in caves and such, but it's too cool that they're brewing it with that.

I want to taste it again... KA clean, effervescent wine with a slightly dry taste! It is a little dry.
