I brought home with me my favorite word, which is less common this time of year, "unfiltered, raw sake" 😄 and my first Sogen.
It is very tasty with umami, acidity, bitterness and the tangy texture typical of namaishu.
It had the richness of a junmai sake, but it was also very drinkable! Thank you very much for the meal 😊.
