It is delicious with a good sweetness and a robust flavor. However, it did not have much of the gassy feeling I was hoping for. The sweetness almost made me feel dull in the second half, but the moderate bitterness balanced it out and I was able to enjoy it to the end. Thank you for the meal😄.

The low white that was only served at the event was available at the liquor store. I had to buy it. It does not have much of the "Kanbokuto" flavor, but it is delicious with a low-purity flavor and an unexpectedly clean aftertaste. I drank it all up for now. Thank you for the drink 😄.

Fukuoka sake is one of the most popular sake brands in Japan, and we are planning to actively introduce it to the market. It is a delicious sake, with a clear, yet umami taste and a sharpness. I opened the bottle and drank it a week after opening, and it tasted better with more umami. Thank you for the sake 😄.

As a glasses person, I bought them. I had high expectations because my past glasses have been delicious. Yup! Delicious! It has a nice gassy feeling, gentle sweetness and sourness! It's as clear as my vision when I put on my glasses! I don't have presbyopia! I just have trouble seeing small letters up close!

This is my first Lomang. From the image on the label, I thought it would be sweet and juicy, but I felt it was clean and refreshing. I felt it was dry and sharp, so I thought it would be a food sake and enjoyed it while drunk. Thank you for the meal 😊.

I know it's delicious, but I'm put off by Koshi. I was attracted to Hekisei and bought it. It is gassy and has a good volume of sweetness and acidity. And a little bitterness is good and sharp. It was quite delicious! Thank you very much for your kindness😄

Japanease Sake Subscription Service September at my parents' house. This brand is not found anywhere in Fukuoka Prefecture except near the production area. Junmai Daiginjo 35 Junmai Daiginjo 50%. Daiginjo 40% lineup. All were dry and tasty, but the 35% was the best. Maybe I was just fooled by the numbers😅. Thanks again for the food this month 😊.

I brought home with me my favorite word, which is less common this time of year, "unfiltered, raw sake" 😄 and my first Sogen. It is very tasty with umami, acidity, bitterness and the tangy texture typical of namaishu. It had the richness of a junmai sake, but it was also very drinkable! Thank you very much for the meal 😊.

I remember that the Junmai and the nigori were very good, so when I found the Junmai Ginjo, I immediately took it home. It was aromatic and refreshing on the palate, but it also had a delicious umami flavor and a bitterness that is typical of Ippodo. It is a perfect food sake and would go well with anything. My first macho💪. I thought on my own that it was colored from the label, but I bought it because I felt like I could face it properly. It is very tasty with a good umami and acidity and a nice sharpness. It was a good sake with a cleanness that you wouldn't think it was low-polished! Thank you for the sake!

Hiyoroshi Festival. The hiyaoroshi is a type of sake that is preserved at low temperature in a cave. The power of nature is the best! So I bought it. I opened the bottle after getting very drunk. It has a good umami taste!　　I think. The acidity is also pleasant!　　　　I think. It is dry and sharp!　　　I think. The only thing I'm sure of is the fact that it was delicious and I drank it all up😅. Japanease Sake Subscription Service August at my parents' house. This is the second brand. The white one on the left is Celebration, polished up to 40%. The peach-colored one on the right is Yamadanishiki polished to 35%. The Celebration is a refreshing but tasty sake with a rich flavor. The Yamada-Nishiki one is more flavorful and has a very good balance of sourness and bitterness, which I prefer. Thanks again for the food this month 😆.

My wife had opened the bottle the day before, so I decided to drink it. What's wrong? It is bitter 🤔. It has a sweet and sour taste like Kangiku, and a fresh feeling, but the bitterness is assertive. It is acceptable for me, but I feel that many people may not like it. Maybe my wife left it at room temperature for a long time? Well, never mind 😆. It's good enough to drink, so I drank it up 🤣 Thanks for the treat!
