Jappanet December at my parents' house. It has a distinctive retarded 😅naming, a brand I didn't know about. Japanette is basically delicious. It has a beautiful mouthfeel, a clean taste with a nice umami flavor, and a slightly grain-like flavor with a nice accent. The aftertaste is gentle and clean. Thanks again for the food this month😊.

I haven't drank Kouko since I started Sake no Wa! I'll drink some 😅. When I see something seasonal, I want it. Is it because I am getting older that I want to feel the four seasons? The aroma is moderately gorgeous, sweetness is gentle, fresh gasiness, gentle acidity, and a slightly strong aftertaste. I could enjoy it to the end without getting tired of drinking it 😆. The bottle says "Please enjoy as the flavor changes after opening the bottle..."...as usual, I'm not sure if I can drink it all 🤣.

It was hard to find the right time to buy it, but I finally did. When I opened the bottle, it didn't spurt out, but after a shriek, it automatically stirred. The slightly cloudy part is clear, dry, fizzy, easy to drink and delicious. Shaking the bottle and stirring it makes it sloshy and more rice-like. It's interesting and I like it, but it makes it a little harder to drink😅. I enjoyed drinking it! Thanks for the treat😊

This is my first Hato Masamune. I read that the dove is a symbol of peace, and I can't get rid of that image. So I have an image of it being gentle and sweet. It has a gentle, dry and crisp taste, and I think it is a good sake for a meal. I drank it over hot pot and it went very well with it. It was delicious. Thank you for the food!

Wakatakeya is in my home prefecture, but I have not seen it in my neighborhood, so I bought it when I found it at a liquor store that I went away from home. I bought it at a liquor store I went out of town and found it. When I got home, I checked the bottle and found it was made on 24.7 and a little yellowish... Well, it doesn't matter 😅Open the bottle. It tastes like Shaoxing wine! Not bad. It's rather tasty if that's what you're aiming for. The aftertaste is surprisingly sharp. I think it will open up even when heated. But it's not what I wanted right now 😂. I drank it all cold for now, thinking I'd save the regular Wakatakeya for the next time. Thanks for the food 😊.

This is my first Tasake light nigori! It has a gentle sweetness compared to nama-shu, but it is well balanced with good umami, gasiness, and a clean aftertaste, and it tastes reassuringly delicious! Tasake, I hope to see you regularly again this year 😄.

My second daughter's birthday is on February 5th. I have a great reason to drink Risshun Asa Shibori! It's freshly squeezed and juicy! I think it's not as sweet as last year's, but it's good 😆 It's thick, rough, and has a strong new sake character that recharged me with energy. Thank you very much for the food 😄.

This is my first time to try 18 Mori. I am always excited to try new brands! The moment I put it in my mouth, I thought it would have a nice daiginjo aroma and a beautiful mouthfeel, but it has a more acidic flavor with a hint of gasiness that is delicious 😆 I love this! Yamazakura (mountain cherry blossoms), a person who sees them faintly through the haze, is the one I miss. It is said to be a perfect sake for the waka poem about love. It is delicious as it is, but if you mix it with ori, the sweetness increases and the gaseous and sour taste makes it a real treat. By the time I finished drinking it, my cheeks were dyed with the color of wild cherry blossoms.

I did not know that this is the brewery of Kenkunichi. I was attracted by the words "fujigaru overflowing umami" on the label, so I bought a bottle. January's Japanease Sake Subscription Service at my parents' house. I received this one before the December one. I had never heard of this brand, and I had high expectations for it because of its high specs and good visuals. It has a gentle sweetness and a beautiful umami taste, and it subsides easily, leaving a bit of a lingering aftertaste. Delicious! I couldn't really tell the difference between the two bottles 😅 it was very good. Thanks for the food 😄

One of my favorite sake terminology, nama-hashiroshi. It's been quite a while since I've had a bottle of Funaka Hachisaku, and I bought it. It is a nice dry sake. And it seems to have a characteristic acidity. It is not only spicy, but the accent makes it easier to drink. It's a good sake to drink with food! Thank you for the food!

I was intrigued by the retro label, the dry taste, and the oriogara, so I bought it. I was excited to see what kind of dry sake Gokotsuru was. I opened the bottle normally without any blowout. There is no sweetness, and the sake is clean and refreshing. It is a nice dry sake that is both gentle and strong 😄! The ori is only a light nigori. I couldn't tell the difference in taste even after mixing 😅. It was delicious. Thanks for the food 😆.

Freshly brewed... I can't catch up with my parents' sake consumption! I finally finished drinking the November delivery of the Japanease Takata Sake Subscription Service. The sake in the black bottle on the left was the most gorgeous and delicious. All of the sakes were delicious with a robust flavor, drinkability, and sharpness.
