This is a cup I drank on a trip to Kumamoto.
It has a solid taste, but also clean. It is delicious with a good sharpness from the dryness! It went well with horse sashimi 🐎.

Held near Tokyo Station. I forgot to take a picture of the poster, so I borrowed it from the website.

Sake rice is 100% Hananishiki from Kumamoto prefecture.
Yeast is Kumamoto yeast.
Kumamoto sake with a Kumamoto focus 🍶.
The aroma is soft and elegant. It is rare to smell this much outdoors 😊.
Gentle sweetness on the palate. Less sweet than junmai sake. No sourness or bitterness.
While only sweet, the mouthfeel is refreshing.
A satisfying daiginjo with a clear hint of fragrance.
The sake has a naturally good sharpness.
This is one of the best ginjos I've had recently.
