I wanted to drink Nabeshima, so I went to a nearby store that handled it. This was the only unpasteurized sake available, so I bought it.
It's sweet and sour, with a little bitterness to give it a crisp feel. It's delicious, but I thought it was a little different from what I expected 😅 sorry for my selfishness. Thanks for the treat 😄
