At the restaurant for the first time in a long time. First sake in a lineup that is completely full of summer sake. Super refreshing. It is easy to drink like water. Refreshing ginjo aroma and light aftertaste. The aftertaste is also refreshing. I drank it right away.

Sake from Aizu since it was a business trip to Aizu. I knew to start with the unfiltered raw sake. It has a fresh mouthfeel. A little later, the tangy stimulation and rich aroma spread, but it is somehow light. It is the type of sake that makes you drunk before you know it.

First time to drink in Fukushima. So, this is a sake from Inawashiro, Fukushima. The moment you put it in your mouth, it is gorgeous. It is very pleasant. It has a sweet taste with a nice aftertaste. It is a sake for spring.

This sake was recommended to me at a restaurant I entered after being rejected by many of the stores I was looking for. Mildly sweet on the palate, with a firm finish on the nose, as is typical of nama sake. It has a short aftertaste with a clean finish. It is typical of Shinshu. I don't know what it is, but it seems to be a sake that has grown legs from a tadpole.

I was lured into drinking it by the lure of the claim and the limited edition sake. It was delicious. The ginjo aroma and spicy flavor spread softly over a clean mouthfeel. A hint of green apple aroma.

Strong ginjo aroma with a dry feel and a nose of raw sake. It has a clean mouthfeel, but with a strong "drunkenness" and a subtle mellowness. This is the type of sake that you can drink at a good tempo and get drunk off your feet.

Also still a spring sake. The floral and sweetness spread out in a whiff. It has the "drunkenness" that is typical of nama sake, and the robust aroma of Omachi with a mellow aftertaste. For a sake called "Wakamusume," the lingering aftertaste has a Genin sensation, or so we say.

Eiko-Fuji, spring sake of 2024. It does not disappoint. The ginjo aroma and gorgeous sweetness spread in the mouth, and the sake is very satisfying to drink. The lingering aftertaste is pleasant. Enjoy it with a meal while viewing cherry blossoms. It's spring, isn't it?

The taste was totally different from what I imagined from the label. It was very typical of the Imadaiji Sake Brewery, or Niigata, in any case, with a refreshingly dry taste. The aroma is crisp and the aftertaste is refreshing. This spring, it is just like a fresh, hard-working member of society, lol.
