It is made from 100% Akitsuho rice grown under contract in Nara Prefecture, and is said to be made with ultra-hard water from the Katsuragi Mountains' deep groundwater. It has a very clear mouthfeel and a delicate fizziness! It was a good sake!

yamaheiIt is highly aromatic and really smells like muscat. So I thought it might be sweet, but when I drank it, it was surprisingly refreshing and had a good acidity. It has a nice sharpness. Is it really 70% polished rice? It feels like it is. It is delicious.

yamaheiIt's been a while since I've had a Junmai Daiginjo that has a nice sharpness to it. I usually don't get into Daiginjos, so I laughed. The rice polishing ratio is 45%, 100% Miyamanishiki. It is delicious.

The aftertaste is light and easy to drink. After a few days, the lingering aftertaste of the richness at first seems to become longer and longer.
