Punchy labels!
Cab Driver is my favorite movie too!
The taste is very firm and dry, with a strong aroma on the nose and a clean finish. Strong feeling.
First time in Morioka!
The first sake is from Hachimantai. It is truly a white soda. It has a strong fizzy feeling with a hint of orikara. Polished to 70, it has a rich, mellow texture and a strong aroma that lingers in the nose. It has a long aftertaste that remains in your mouth forever. I like this kind of sake lately. It's springtime!
On a night like this, the deer's voice is the sound of the strings
Slight citrusy aroma and unfiltered juiciness. Not too expansive though. The aftertaste is short and clean.
It's been a while since I've had a Matsuhonkai, and this was the one I ordered before dawn. I don't usually drink honjozo, but this one was crisp and elegant without being too alcoholic.
I asked for a recommended new sake for spring, which was not on the menu. It is a lightly cloudy, slightly fizzy sake with a fresh spring aroma and flavor. It has the fresh aroma and flavor of spring sake. The sweetness is moderate and the fresh bitterness is like wine. The lingering aroma is short but lingers. Delicious.
The sake I ordered seemed to be out, so the owner recommended a new sake.
It was exactly what I wanted to drink.
It was a great sake.
Lightly colored and gorgeous. It was a little bouncy, as if it hadn't been opened long enough. It is a hanami sake. After the sweetness of the rice, the refreshing bitterness is pleasant.
Hana no Mai is made with 1801 yeast.
The yeast produces a gorgeous and juicy taste that is perfect for spring. Slightly effervescent immediately after opening the mouth. Easy to drink.
Sparkling sake made with Yamada-Nishiki and wine yeast from the Friendship Winery.
In addition to being sparkling, it has a mild orikara flavor. It has a wine-like mouthfeel, but with a strong rice flavor and ginjo aroma. And it is not too sparkling. It is delicious. It is immediately empty.
Rough run of Tsukifumi no Ike.
They use sake rice from Itoigawa and medium-hard water.
It is refreshing, crisp, and light.
Aromatic and easy to drink.
I like it.
Sake with a stylish label combining Kyokai 1801 yeast + Mie MK3 yeast.
Very fruity and gorgeous.
It has a wonderful wine-like juiciness and aroma. It is easy to drink and can be consumed immediately.
Sake for restaurants only? It is said to be a restaurant-only sake.
Characteristic mouthfeel like a unique sourness.
The sense of brewer's alcohol is weak.
