It is a limited edition, but I was able to purchase it at a low price for my efforts.
I've been away from sake lately and have been attracted to hard liquors. Sake is over 13 degrees Celsius, so I don't feel like drinking it.
For this reason, I used to drink it with soda and rocks. When I put it in my mouth without mixing it, I could feel the acidity and richness at first. As the temperature rises, the sourness lessens and the richness comes out. There is also a slight bitterness on the tongue.
