The number 19 is hard to find and is said to be rare even in Nagano Prefecture, where the brewery is located. The juicy flavor spreads as soon as you take a sip. It has a subtle muscat aroma, a slight effervescence, and a beautiful acidity. This is delicious.
This is actually my first sake from Saitama. It seems to have been laid down for 2 years, so it has a mellow and matured aroma. It seems to have been aged for 2 years, and has a mild, mature aroma.
At the restaurant for the first time in a long time. First sake in a lineup that is completely full of summer sake. Super refreshing. It is easy to drink like water. Refreshing ginjo aroma and light aftertaste. The aftertaste is also refreshing. I drank it right away.
