But it has a more robust body than the traditional Kouei Kiku 😊.
It's a strong sake with a solid body that retains the acidity that is typical of Kouei Kiku, but the lower half of the body is still very robust.
I'm not sure if that's the right expression, but that's my honest impression 😋.
If I were to drink it as Kouei Kiku, I think I would prefer Sunokure or Anaguri which will be on sale in the near future 😏.
