I'm going to open a lot of bottles at the start of the GW 😁.
This is the 25th anniversary sake of Kaze no Mori ㊗️

The taste is a bit more subdued than the previous sakes in the lineup in terms of the umami and fruity flavors of the base.
It has a strong alcohol taste for its 14% alcohol content 🤔.
I like the tingling sensation that is unique to Kaze no Mori, but it's a bit lacking for me...
But I'm the type of person who likes challenging sake like this anniversary sake 😆.
I hope they continue to make various kinds of sake 😋.

I opened it for 4 days and drank it again 😋.
I don't know if this is the power of microorganisms or not ‼️
I don't know... The tingling sensation is gone as a matter of course, but the lactic acid taste is getting stronger instead.
Sake is alive after all 😁.
It's becoming my favorite flavor!
