Buy a freshly squeezed bottle of one of the products at a store and enjoy a cup of ume-viewing sake in one hand! Fresh sweetness and refreshing acidity, as is typical of nama sake. It has a full-bodied flavor and is honestly delicious! It's perfect for sipping while viewing the plum blossoms. But be careful, the alcohol content is 20 degrees.
