This is a super dry junmai sake with a sake degree of +15. It is named after the "Sexy Yamamoto Yeast" that was discovered at the Yamamoto Sake Brewery.
It has a light aroma, with a subtle fruity apple flavor at first, followed immediately by a sharp spiciness that cuts through clearly 😁.
I think it goes especially well with Japanese food ☺️
