Among Hiroshima sake, I especially like Kamo Kanehide's seasonal sake 🍶.
Gentle 🍇 aroma, soft mouthfeel with a slight sizzle, moderate sweetness and flavorful overtones, shifts from sour to slightly dry after the mid-palate, overall balance typical of autumnal sake with a sense of maturity 😄.
Seafood and mushrooms seem to go especially well with it 😋.

Good evening, ma-ki-san! Kamokin is my favorite taste of Hiroshima sake. Tomikunaga and Amego no Tsuki are also good, though.
