Toyama Eki-naka Sake Bar ~Autumn Festival~ (6) Gen no Taki Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi On this day, I was meeting up with some of my seniors, but they all wanted to go to a German beer bar. I said I was sorry because I was going to Saitama tomorrow, so I stayed behind by myself and continued with the autumn camp 😆.

Yoshinotomo Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi Toyama Eki-naka Sake Bar - Autumn Festival On Friday, September 5, from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., I stopped by on my way home from work. The event started at Yoshinoyu. The brewer himself asked me which sake I would like. I was surprised to hear the brewer himself say, "Which one would you like? Slightly dry, with a nice sharp taste. I borrowed the 4th picture from the official Toyama local sake fan club: 🙇‍♂️

Yamagata Masamune Junmai Ginjo Aki-agari 720ml Ingredients: 100% domestic rice Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 16%. Sunrise and sunset times have become shorter. The heat has not eased. We had the first "autumn harvest" of the year. It is smooth and tasty, with a slight acidity, and very well balanced. This is delicious. It was a great success!

Kamo Nishiki BRILLIANCE Koshitanrei 720ml Rice:Koshitanrei(80%), Yamadanishiki(20%) Rice polishing ratio: 40 Alcohol content: 13%. 1300 check-in✅. This sake arrived at our house by chance. I opened the bottle as soon as I could because I was afraid I would lose the chance to open the bottle if I hesitated again. One liquor store's comment was that it was sake juice 🥤. I told that to my wife and she said no, no, no, it's never juice. It's certainly not juice😅. It's silky and delicate 😋. Original and low alcohol, I wonder if 13 degrees will become the norm in the future 😉.

MARYO ITARU Dry Junmai Genshu 720ml Rice: Gohyakumangoku Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 18%. The smallest brewery on Sado Island. Next month, the Kenshin Sake Festival will be held in Joetsu Takata, and I hope they will come as a guest brewer. Now for the sake. It is a little fruity, but it is a solid 18 degrees. If you are not careful, it is a dangerous sake because it is so easy to drink. It's delicious 😋.

Sono Kangiku Discovery Series New Sensation 2025 -Koshihikari 90- light nigori unfiltered draft 720ml Rice : 90% Koshihikari produced in Chiba prefecture Rice polishing ratio : 90 Alcohol content : 14 The last one is 2025 Koshihikari. More vigorous than yesterday's 2024 😀 Modern, fruity, and delicious. Modern, fruity, and delicious. After all, this series is a tropical 🏝️ series light nigori, perfect for hot weather. I'll try not to put it to sleep next year. Well, I have to go and buy the autumn sake, Orange Sea, too. But all of them are only released once a year😅I've been totally taken in by this strategy and it's really getting me into trouble 😆. The 4th one is Miso Ramen from Menya Tsukushi at Toyama station.

Sono Kangiku Discovery Series New Sensation 2024 -Koshihikari 92- light nigori unfiltered draft 720ml Rice : 92% Koshihikari produced in Chiba prefecture Rice polishing ratio : 90 Alcohol content : 14 Next is unpolished Koshihikari rice. How does it taste after one year? The bottle was opened with a light sip, and it still looks healthy😃. It also has some shwash and I think it's the most fruity. Wife says it's not because we compare drinks that it's not healthy, this one is delicious enough 😋.

Sono Kangiku Discovery Series Blue Sapphire 2025 -Gohyakumangoku 50- light nigori unfiltered draft 720ml Rice used: 80% Gohyakumangoku produced in Chiba Prefecture Rice polishing ratio : 50 Alcohol content : 14%. The next bottle of 2025 was opened. Well, it's been a while since I've had an automatic bottle opener! It blew up to the ceiling😅. It is very energetic and even more active than 2024. The acidity, umami, and shwashiness are concentrated, and a slight sweetness finishes it off. I think this is the best 😋.

Sono Kangiku 2024 Discovery Series - Blue Sapphire - light nigori - Yamadanishiki 20 x Gohyakumangoku 80 - unfiltered unpasteurized sake 720ML Rice:Yamadanishiki, Gohyakumangoku Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol percentage: 14 Two bottles of 2024 so far peaked out😭 I opened the bottle with no expectation that this would be another one. Oh? Shupon and rather vigorously ^ ^. My wife just heard the sound and said, "Today's is this year's, isn't it? Well, I didn't reveal 2024 to her. Oh, it's sweet! It's light, sweet, and has a slight bubbling. This is delicious! Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku are a tolerant combination 😄. By the way, I just read the Jyukyu Brewery Blog. The price of sake rice has skyrocketed and they don't have enough money to buy it, so they can't secure the same amount of sake rice as last year. I guess we have no choice but to support them by drinking.

Hi @Mizuhashi 🐦. I see that the sake rice makes a big difference 😳I guess you could say it's like an east-west Yokozuna 😊. There was a brewery in Shiga that could only produce a third of the rice. Even with the heat wave, the rice is still very scarce 😢.

2025 Sono Kangiku Discovery Series Adapt Light nigori Fusakogane 50 Unfiltered Nama-shu 720ML Rice:80% Fushikogane Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 14 Next, I opened a bottle of Fusakogane 2025. It was lightly spooned. What's that? I thought it wasn't shwashy, but after a while, I saw fine bubbles 😃. I knew it was this one 😁.

2024 Sono Kangiku Discovery Series Adapt Light nigori Fusakogane 50 Unfiltered Nama-shu 720ML Rice:Fusa-Kogane Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 14 This is the next bottle of Fusakogane, which has been stored at home in ice temperature for a year. Yes, it is a very light nigori, but it is not too light. The light nigori is still there, but it's a languid cider 😭. I made the last glass on the rocks. Yeah👍this is delicious😋. I'll open a bottle of 2025 today...

Sono Kangiku Discovery Series Identity 2025 light nigori Sono no Mai 50 unfiltered unpasteurized sake 720ML Rice:Sonomai Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 14 It arrived last month together with Sake Mirai. We let the 2024 and 2023 sit for a while, but we wanted to keep the 2025 fresh. The bottle was opened with a light puff, and the gas was shimmering like white steam. I had a feeling that it would be fresh and delicious 😃. When I poured it into a bowl, I could feel the gas. It is totally different from yesterday's 2024. I definitely prefer the younger one😍. I have three more 2024 and 2025 and I kinda feel like the same result 😅.

Good evening, Hiro-san 🌇. I think it tastes better when it's aged, but I prefer not to age the active nigori type as it loses its fizziness and piquancy 😍. But the aged Kikuhime is delicious with a sense of dead leaves 😊.

Sono Kangiku Discovery Series Identity 2024 light nigori Sono no Mai 50 unfiltered unpasteurized sake 720ML Rice:Sonomai Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 14 This bottle was opened from 2024 that was stored in ice temperature at home for a year. It was not intended to be aged, but since it was a Lemacom, I thought it would be okay and put it off. I opened the bottle as soon as I pulled it out. The fizzy sensation subsided, so I left about 1 gong for Sunday and finished it. The next day, I opened a bottle of 2025.

Hoku-Shinryu Junmai Nama-Nama-Shu 720ml Rice polishing ratio: 59 Alcohol content: 18%. This is the sake we had with us last week at Okubo-san. I had never had a chance to try it before, although I had seen it before. Although it starts out easy to drink, it has quite a lot of body. I guess it has a different strength from the atmosphere of Obuse. My wife returned it a bit, saying it was just barely okay. I heard they have a lot of unique sake, so let's try something different next time 😄.

Sawanohana Junmai Daiginjo Sarayuki Unfiltered Nama-shu 720ml Rice:100% Miyamanishiki (Nagano Prefecture) Rice Polishing Ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 16%. On the way home from Saku, I dropped by Okazaki-san, Okubo-san and Miyajima-san and bought milk agar at Tsuruya. When I got home, I remembered that I had some Saku sake in the fridge, so I opened a bottle. It was supposed to be a new sake from the end of last year, but I brought it to you in August? As a result, it was hiya oroshi, or "hiya oroshi". The taste is soft but has body and is very drinkable 😄.

Mikotsuru Junmai Ginjo Activated Nigori Namaeshiki 720ml Rice used: 100% Yamae-Nishiki Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 15%. On the second day at the inn in Saku, we opened the bottle of Miko-chan Activated Nigori. Outside on the terrace, looking at the stars 🌟. I opened and closed it about 5 times, so it's a fairly healthy one. I finally found it this season 😘. There were 3 of us so it was about 2 glasses per person 😋. I also bought a bottle of Yamazan sparkling, but I didn't open it and took it home... â
