@Mizuhashi Shinanotsuru Junmai Ginjo 60 Tasatsuki Unfiltered Nama-shu 720ml Rice used: Miyamanishiki Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 16%. 23BY 6.8 The next bottle was produced in August 2024. It has been aged for one year. Hmmm? The roughness of 7 years is gone, and it has become calm and mellow. It is totally delicious. However, I'm not sure if the taste of the 7 year old is different from the 6 year old, or if it has more punch 😅.

Shinanotsuru Junmai Ginjo 60 Tasatsuki Unfiltered Nama Shu 720ml Rice used: Miyamanishiki Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 16%. 24BY 7.7 We found two bottles, one from 2025 and the other from 2025, side by side in the refrigerator at the liquor store we visited last month. We took both bottles with us. We opened the bottles at the same time and compared them. The first one was from July 2025. It is rough and goes down the throat. I remembered Shinanotsuru as being more fruity, but it was a fairly healthy sake.

Ohmine 3grain /3grains Dewa Sanzu Hi-ire 720ml Rice: 100% Izu Tsannin Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 15 It is finally getting a little cooler. It is the season of hiyaoroshi (cold sake), but there are still some summer sake 😅. It is a light, sweet, fresh sake♪ Delicious, but more of an aperitif. I paired it with cheese from the second half 😋.

Shinshu Kamerei Green Label 720ml Alcohol content 15%. Yanagimachi, is changing little by little. You can park in the times and get a coupon for 90 minutes free if you make a purchase at the store. The street has a sign asking people not to enter, and it has become easier to walk. Yesterday I returned home via Warabi, Kawagoe, Ueda, and Chikuma. I bought a bottle of sake at the brewery last month and kept it in the refrigerator at home. Well, it soaks through! My fatigue is gone 😋. The green label is delicious enough 😁. Lunch was at Touya, a regular bowl of Zaru Soba. I shared one serving of Tenchirashi with my wife ♪

Nagatorogura Junmai Ginjo Nakadori 720ml Rice: sake musashi Rice Polishing Ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 15 I visited Yokouchi Sake Brewery. It is a smaller store than I had expected. I took the owner's recommended pop "Nagatorogura". It is fruity, but has a good body. Lunch was at Sano Ramen Takano🍜. We managed to park 😅.

Bunraku Reborn Moon Sherbet Unfiltered Nama-shu 720ml Alcohol content 13%. I visited Hashimoto Shoten in Kumagaya. There were various famous sake from all over Japan. But since I came all the way to Saitama, I decided to try Bunraku Reborn 😄. It is a refreshing and delicious sake. I left from Toyama yesterday and stopped at Ueda on the way. We had vegetable tempura soba at Kusabue. The parking lot had been expanded. Then we stopped at Yanagimachi, and next we took the next batter circle at Miyajima-san. Which liquor store shall we go to today?

Toyama Eki-naka Sake BAR - Autumn Campaign - 7 Gen no Taki Junmai Ginjyo Kurobe Dam stored sake There were several kinds of last year's Kurobe Dam stored sake. They are now even more amber-colored. If it is stored in the dam for 5 years or so, it would make a great sake.

Toyama Eki-naka Sake Bar ~Autumn Festival~ (6) Gen no Taki Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi On this day, I was meeting up with some of my seniors, but they all wanted to go to a German beer bar. I said I was sorry because I was going to Saitama tomorrow, so I stayed behind by myself and continued with the autumn camp 😆.

Yoshinotomo Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi Toyama Eki-naka Sake Bar - Autumn Festival On Friday, September 5, from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., I stopped by on my way home from work. The event started at Yoshinoyu. The brewer himself asked me which sake I would like. I was surprised to hear the brewer himself say, "Which one would you like? Slightly dry, with a nice sharp taste. I borrowed the 4th picture from the official Toyama local sake fan club: 🙇‍♂️
