Iraka Gin-Ai unfiltered unpasteurized sake 720ml
Rice：Matsukawa-mura, Kitaazumi-gun, Nagano Prefecture, contract-grown rice (special rice)
Alcohol content: 15%.
The white one is sold in limited quantities, so the Gin-Ai is the second one, which I think came to our house in January.
The yeast seems to be different from the black one.
Now to open the bottle.
The bottle was opened with a "shupon", and it is still very healthy.
It is still in good health. It may be the easiest to drink.
The second lot seems to be fire-aged,
