Tsubu-chan, I saw Ane-san's Iraka sake drinking comparison and thought it would be nice, and I think it was February when I got all 4 kinds. I think the second lot is now available, so I guess it's a little out of season💦.
I bought the white one at Matsukawamura Kuramoto when I traveled to Tateshina last November. I asked if they had black as well. I asked them if they had black, but they told me that the black was only available at their distributor. I did some research and the next day I took him to Hatoya in Nagano. I told my wife that we would go sightseeing at Zenkoji Temple on the way home, but our destination was Hatoya.
Well, I opened the bottle with the birthday sake.
It is a clear, smooth and beautiful sake.
It's a dangerous sake that I could drink as much as I want 😋.
