Manotsuru KANADEL / KANADEL Junmai Daiginjo Orikarami pizzicato
Rice: Koshi-tanrei
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content 14.5
Purchased at the brewer's booth at the Joetsu Shingen Sake Festival last October.
It is said to be a sake made at a school brewery. I found out that the brewery is a reclaimed school that was closed down as a sake brewery. The café seems to be open, but lodging is still under preparation. There are other unique breweries, and it makes me want to visit Sado Island 😄.
The sake is surprisingly shwashy. It is the second micro-brewing in the bottle, so there is not much gas pressure, but when you pour it into a bowl, it is really strange.
I would like to try other Kanaderu series 😋.

Good morning, @Mizuhashi!
Manotsuru looks delicious 😋.
I've seen some sake with great bubbles when poured into a glass even with just the gas pressure - it's a wonder and I can feel the greatness of the brewer ✨.
Sado is my wife's birthplace so I'd love to visit 😊.

Good morning, ma-ki-😃.
So this is your wife's birthplace😄.
I'll have to go there 😉.
It seems there are five breweries 😃.
I think I bought this sake because I tasted it and it was delicious, but my memory is hazy💦.

Hello @Mizuhashi😃
I had an image of Manotsuru as a hard-core sake brewer, but the Kanaderu series seems to set a new standard 🤩.
If I see a sake with a golden circle on the label, I will react 😆.
