Rice：Matsugawa-mura, Nagano, specially cultivated rice
Alcohol content: 15%.
The first day of the trip to Tateshina last November. The plan was to go to Ueda, Daisetsuei brewery store, Suwa, and Tateshina. I was the third person to buy at 1:00 p.m. I was the first person to buy 12 bottles, the second person to reserve 2 bottles, and the third person to ask how many bottles I could buy.
Cars were arriving one after another after that.
I found out that a nearby rice shop also handles it, so I dropped by, but it was closed on Saturday. In hindsight, I should have bought another bottle.
So, I opened the bottle.
When I asked about it at Hattoya, I was told that the white one was sweeter. Well, it was more bitter than fruity and sweet. I think it was a little out of season. Next time, if I can get a bottle for sale this year, I would like to open it as soon as possible 😆.
