Echizen-misaki: tank pressing junmai sake, Hiyaoroshi "Akanegumo". Fukui Station, Osaketo and wine, Mizumoto's Kakunouchi set of three. This one was drunk after Hayaseura, so I felt it was refreshing. In addition to Fukui's sake, there were many abe and kai lined up at the store. It is a good place for both locals and tourists to enjoy 😉.

Hello @Mizuhashi! I've been able to drink a lot of "Abe" since Mizumoto started selling it after the opening of the Shinkansen 😁. I can buy as much as I want because "Abe" is still not well known in the prefecture ✨.

P.S.@Mizuhashi-san, King of Noodles and Sake. What a surprise! Was that the selection criteria? This is a big responsibility, but I'm glad that I'm pushing "Hakudakesen", "Hayaseura" and "Echizenmisaki", excluding the well-known "Kuroryu" and "Bon" 😁.

Hayaseura Junmai Sake Fukui Station, Osaketo and wine, Mizumoto's Kaku-uchi (corner bar) three-set. It is nice to have such a kaku-uchi when you get off the station on a whim. There is also a store. There were quite a few customers even in the afternoon. The sake was the mellowest of the three. I felt it had a lot of impurities at the beginning, but it had a nice sharpness and I drank it smoothly in the latter half of the bottle. I think heated sake is also good.

Hakugakusen Special Junmai Cold Wholesale HIYAOROSHI Today, as always, sake activities, at Fukui Station. The first meeting before the drinking party. It was a set of three kinds of sake, but this was my favorite.

Shinshu Kamerei Noto Yume-Mizuho Alcohol 15%. This sake is made in Shinshu on behalf of Kazuma Shuzo. Yumemizuho is rice, right? It was sold at a supermarket in Kanazawa station last week. Why does it taste so good even though it is rice? It is a mystery. By the way, yesterday we visited four liquor stores in addition to Yanagimachi. The cooler box was completely overflowing. We managed to fit it in the fridge, but who will drink it💦?

Shinshu Kamerei Junmai Ginjyo Yamae Nishiki Kurage Limited, Unfiltered Nama-shu 720ml This was opened last night. It was opened last night. I went home and opened the bottle. Today is the reopening day of the Shinshu Kamerei brewery store. I came all the way to Yanagimachi💦. I was expecting some kind of renewal commemoration, but there wasn't any. The person pushing the cart on the left side of the 4th picture is Ms. Mituri Okazaki 😃.

Toyama Eki-naka Sake BAR 8 Narimasa Yuyamanishiki Junmai Hiyoroshi This one is clear and a little light. It's nice. Well, I had to delay one train to enjoy Toyama Eki-naka Sake BAR. I wonder if it will be open on Saturday too. I guess tourists must be surprised to see a sake bar right outside the Shinkansen ticket gates 😃. To the Hokuriku Sake BAR management, please come again next time 🙇.

Toyama Eki-naka Sake BAR (7) Naekaya Hiyoshi Oroshi The staff of Wakatsuru Sake Brewery poured us a glass of sake. He said that it was a delicious dam sake and that he was surprised we were surprised too. This Hiyahoroshi is a contrast. The sweetness is rounded and good.

Toyama Eki-naka Sake BAR (5) Naekaya Junmai Ginjyo Kurobe Dam stored sake There were several kinds of Kurobe Dam sake on sale, but there were only a few left, probably due to the small quantity. There was barely one cup left. It's smoky and nice. I need to seriously look for some for my stock 💦.

Toyama Eki-naka Sake BAR (3) Yoshinotomo Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi Yoshinotomo is known for its junmai sake, and this year's Hiyaroshi is a junmai ginjo. It is quite light and nimble in flavor.

Toyama Eki-naka Sake BAR (2) San Shoraku Junmai-shu Hiyoroshi San Shoraku is recommended by my friend and brother in Tokyo. It's a hiyaoroshi sake, a little more square and well-balanced, not too light and not too heavy. It's good.

Gen no Taki Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi When you get off the Shinkansen from Kanazawa and exit the ticket gate, you'll suddenly see a BAR in Toyama Station: ‼️ Two glasses of Hiyoroshi for 400 yen! I had to go there, didn't I! The first one was Mabotaki. It's quite medium and delicious with a good flavor. It must be delicious to have it poured by the proprietress, who is a toji (master brewer) in person. ✌️

Kamo Nishiki Shagafuda Sake - Koshitanrei Junmai Daiginjo Shiboritate '23BY 1800ml Rice used: 80% Koshitanrei produced in Niigata Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 15% (undiluted) It arrived in the August hanpukai. This and the Ozeyuki Hiyoroshi were my favorite months. I opened the bottle after the Tenmei, but it was an octave higher and sharper. We compared Omachi and Koshi-tanrei, and they were very contrasting 😄.

Tenmei Junmai Daiginjyo Akaban Omachi, single shot fire-ignition 720ml Rice:Akaban Omachi produced in Okayama Rice polishing ratio: 47 Alcohol content: 16 We were caught by the claim that this is the last one with these specs this year. I was really easy to be caught 😵I brought it along with Yamazan 😃. I like the subtle sweetness. Strangely, the sweetness fades as the cup goes on. Today is the second day. I look forward to seeing if it goes in from the sweetness again 😊.

Oze no Yukidoke Junmai Daiginjo Hiyakioroshi Namazume 1800m Alcohol content: 15%. Rice polishing ratio: 50 It arrived in the August hanpukai. I was lucky because I just had to buy it: ✌️ Ozeyuki hiyaoroshi is delicious this year with a refreshing flavor 😊. It's already hiyaoroshi season, isn't it? It's a little cooler today, so I'll enjoy the second day of opening the bottle. By the way, I went to Wakura Onsen today. None of the ryokans are open to the public, it's as if time has stopped 😢.

Takehaha - Takehaha - Chikuhaku - Fresh Stored Sake Rice: Ishikawamon produced in Noto, Ishikawa Rice Polishing Ratio: 60 Alcohol percentage: 13%. Takeba's commissioned brewing series, Ishikawa-mon from Noto, was made at Yoshida Shuzo. According to the Kazuma Sake Brewery website, all of last year's sake rice was turned into sake. They still need to restore the brewery, but it would be nice to have a saké at the end of the year 🥲Good luck. Well, this sake is clear, refreshing, and very elegant. Yesterday I worked from home for the first time in a while. I drank too much early 💦.

True White Yumachi 50 Unfiltered Nama-shu Junmai Daiginjo 1,800ml Rice : Yumachi Rice Polishing Ratio : 50 Alcohol content : 15%. This year, there was no orikarami red. I cooled it down and enjoyed the change in temperature. When the temperature rises a little, the sweetness and gasiness increase. It was as if a sleeping child woke up. I have a feeling that it will be opened tomorrow with a bang 😄.

Junmai Daiginjo Yamae-Nishiki 40% unfiltered unpasteurized sake 720ml Yamae-Nishiki (100% Yaehara rice grown in Tomi City, Nagano Prefecture) Rice polishing ratio 40 Alcohol content 15%. On Sunday, we went to a Chinese restaurant in Nanao to have Bean-curd soup with Bean-curd soup and told my wife that we would return home via Senrihama. I told my wife that I would return home via Senrihama. Yamazan, I brought it home safely. It has a nice aroma, soft and elegant taste, good.

Koshikoi Nama-Shu 300ml Alcohol percentage: 14 to 15 Rice: Fusakogane Rice polishing ratio: 65 I bought this sake as a souvenir at Seven in Kisarazu. It is a refreshing, light and tasty sake. It seems to go well with Katsuura's local sake and bonito. I thought about staying in Katsuura this time, but my friend rejected it because it is expensive in summer. I would like to drink in Katsuura next time.
