OCEAN99's Hakubinkai, which I couldn't get last year. It says be careful opening the bottle, so I slowly open the lid, no spillage, success. It smells like apples, looks quite gassy, and carbonated bubbles stick to the glass. The mouthfeel is mild, and when the accumulated nigori is mixed in, the milky taste increases and the deliciousness doubles. Once again, we realized the deliciousness of Kangiku.

I guess it's not easy to find alcohol. I wanted to drink it and bought it. It is a sparkling liquor and the refreshing gas is wonderful. It's like champagne. It has a gorgeous and juicy ginjo aroma. The mouthfeel is very smooth and fresh. It is a junmai daiginjo with a clear and transparent taste.

The local distribution of Miyazumi brewery is famous for its Collage. The first time I got a Miyazumi. It is the first time. The aroma is light and gorgeous, like an apple. The sweetness spreads from the soft mouthfeel, and the acidity that extends smoothly is well-balanced with the sweetness. There is a slight alcohol taste and spiciness.

I received an orange Denshikiku last year, but could not drink the red one, so I waited a year. I was careful to open the bottle and poured it into a glass. There were a few gas bubbles in the glass. The aroma was of ginjo, like white peaches. It has a mild sweet flavor. There is a sense of gas and it disappears quickly. It has a classy and elegant feeling. It is worth waiting a year for. I think it will be empty soon.

On the way back from a drinking tour of the town of Kami-suwa, we stopped by Mikotsuru Sake Brewery in Shimosuwa. At the store, we bought a limited edition of Yamae-Nishiki and Hitogokochi unfiltered unpasteurized sake. The aroma was fresh and pear-like, typical of nama-shu. In the mouth, it is gassy and fresh, with a perfect balance of sweetness and spiciness. It was worth the trip to the brewery.
