My favorite Kangiku. Since I could only drink Hoshikai last year, I was looking forward to Kukai first.
I had it in a wine glass to enjoy the aroma.
The aroma rises with a gorgeous and fresh aroma reminiscent of citrus fruits, and sweet fruity aroma like muscat and green apples.
In the mouth, it is slightly sweet and juicy fruitiness envelops the tongue. The sweetness of white grapes and lychee spreads, followed by a tangy acidity.
The aftertaste is crisp, with a slight bitterness that leaves a pleasant aftertaste. It can also be served as a food sake.
It is really delicious.
Good evening, Kenken-san!
I get so excited when I drink my favorite sake ⤴️
I was able to get this one, too, and I'm looking forward to drinking it even more with your very tasty review 😊.
A treasured Mimuro cedar that had been stored in the refrigerator.
Aroma like white peaches. The coolness derived from the wooden vat can be felt. The taste is layered and deep with acidity derived from lactic acid. It has a silky mouthfeel with a sweet flavor. A slight bitterness is felt at the end.
It is not so easy to drink, so it is drunk with care. However, it will soon be empty.
Purchased at a brewery. It was in a very rural area in Aichi. It is a sake made in a good environment.
It has a slight gaseous taste, sweetness and acidity, and goes down your throat nicely.
It is a mild, easy-drinking sake made with ultra-soft water, and is good as an in-between-dinner drink.
When we went to Togane for our child's club activities and had lunch, my wife had a Hanaichimonme daiginjo and said it was very tasty.
The owner was kind enough to come out and show us around. The store is located on a very narrow street. It is a small sake brewery, but I thought they made their sake carefully.
I bought a daiginjo and a special junmai sake, which I drank at lunch.
The Daiginjo was sweet, mild, and easy to drink, just the way I like it.
The special junmai was a little spicy, but it still had a hint of rice and was delicious as a food sake.
There are many small sake breweries in various places.
Famous sake is good, but I would like to try many small sake breweries as well.
First Kaze no Mori in a long time.
It has the delicious flavor of Omachi rice and the freshness of a slight effervescence. In addition to the fruity aroma of green apple, the sweetness and acidity are well balanced, making it complex yet easy to drink. Refreshing and delicious with Japanese food.
My first turtle sea. Sweet and sour fruity aroma, like pineapple juice, plenty of sweetness, acidity, and flavor, with an aftertaste that disappears easily. It is easy to drink too much of it.
Another favorite sake has been added to my list.
Drove to the brewery on a nice day. It was pleasant. At the store, I bought a bottle of the first draft sake from the brewery.
It has an elegant fruity aroma and a mild mouthfeel. It had a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, and the gently spreading flavor was perfect for a mealtime drink.
I would like to go back.
Fresh and well-balanced sake, with a slight gasiness, a fresh fruity aroma, a soft mouthfeel, and a harmony of rice flavor and acidity. The aftertaste is sharp. Yes, delicious.
Sweet and fruity, like melon or white peach. In the mouth, the plump sweetness of Omachi rice spreads. Also, however, a pleasant acidity is present in good balance. You can also enjoy a sense of freshness and a slight gaseous sensation that is only possible with nama-shu. Because of the acidity, it has a good sharpness.
I enjoyed it very much because I usually cannot drink Jikin.
Good evening, Kenken-san!
Jikin's Omachi Nama is delicious 😋.
I also had it a while ago while out drinking and all I could do was say "yum" 😁✨.
I know how it feels to enjoy it so much 😊.
