Shinshu Kamerei, where there are no mistakes. This time, Yamae Nishiki. Green apple? It has an elegant aroma. The mouthfeel is soft and crisp, with little bitterness. Not too sweet, not too spicy, just right. The indescribable sense of balance is exquisite. I would like to repeat it, but it is very hard to find.

Purchased at the brewery. The clerk told me that they were making it on a trial basis and that availability was limited. The aroma was fresh and muscat-like. In the mouth, it tastes like a fruit juice with a slight gassy sensation and a sweet and sour apple-like acidity. The alcohol content is 9 degrees, so you can really gobble it up. It is great for summer.

Today is like a Tasake Festival. My first Tasake sparkling. I didn't know such a thing existed. The refreshing acidity and the light carbonation are perfect for summer.

It's been a long time since I've had Tasake. Moreover, Junmai Daiginjo, Gin Karasu and Akita Sake Komachi. Both were new to me. The Gin-Karaboshi has a fruity aroma like pears, and is very refreshing. Perfect for summer. A luxurious moment.

First time in a long time. Sweet and fresh aroma reminiscent of melon and green apple. The ginjo aroma is faintly reminiscent of rum and muscat. In the mouth, it is sweet and juicy. While the sweetness is strong, the acidity is firm. It is light and easy to drink.

It has been a long time since I have had Houou Mita, a winter sake, but I was able to obtain it and enjoyed it. It has a gorgeous and fresh fruit aroma like apple, a fresh and clear taste, and a good balance of acidity.
