When we went to Togane for our child's club activities and had lunch, my wife had a Hanaichimonme daiginjo and said it was very tasty.
The owner was kind enough to come out and show us around. The store is located on a very narrow street. It is a small sake brewery, but I thought they made their sake carefully.
I bought a daiginjo and a special junmai sake, which I drank at lunch.
The Daiginjo was sweet, mild, and easy to drink, just the way I like it.
The special junmai was a little spicy, but it still had a hint of rice and was delicious as a food sake.
There are many small sake breweries in various places.
Famous sake is good, but I would like to try many small sake breweries as well.

A new sake from Kangiku.
I took off the seal of caution when opening the bottle, cut the seal, and put it on my desk, thinking, "Be careful when opening the bottle. Oops, I did it again.
It has the characteristic cloudy, gaseous taste of orikara, and like the usual Kangiku, it has sweetness but also a bitterness, which is a nice accent.
It is also delicious. I hope it will become a regular item in the next year and beyond.

Today I opened a bottle of Sentori Rei while watching the World Cup qualifiers. The price is quite reasonable, which I cannot usually drink.
It has a muscat and pear-like aroma and a moderate sweetness, with a really weak slight gasiness, and the lingering acidity and bitterness accentuate the juicy and clean taste with a Kame-no-o character.
