The check-in 100th anniversary is Jyushiyo.
From the glass, it has an upfront aroma reminiscent of muscat. The mouthfeel is refreshing with a firm umami flavor. The clear sweetness spreads in the mouth.
It is not easy to drink, so we enjoyed it carefully.
