We purchased this bottle at Kotani in Beppu in February, and brought it from Fukuoka Airport via Haneda. There were quite a few foreign customers at the store.
Since it is a spring sake, I thought it was about time to open a bottle.
It has a slight sweetness and a light sizzling sensation. It was sweeter than Beian Daigoku.
However, it was not to my wife's liking.
I couldn't find this in Hakata, so I brought it from Beppu 💦.
I think it's a good sake, but not to her taste 😭
Well, everyone has their own taste preferences.
On the other hand, I may not be able to taste it flat due to all the information I've been fed 😅.
