Recently, I use Shinshu for one-day trip to Ueda, Chikuma, Shinonoi, Hakuba, and Itoigawa, because I can save the cost of expressway and gasoline.
And there is a sake shop, Kasuga, along the way 😀.
I took this one from Mr. Kasuga, too.
I think this is the third time I've tried Matsuo's sake, and I've never had a bad experience with any of them.
It's not glamorous, but it's a delicious sake that soaks in deeply.
It is not a classical sake, but an orthodox one, I guess.
I have another bottle of fire-brewed sake in stock, but I will let it sit for a while longer.
