Urasakunohana Dry Ginjo Unfiltered Straight Kettle 720ml Rice used: Hitogokochi Rice polishing ratio: 59 Alcohol content: 18%. This bottle arrived from Shimizuya. The main attraction is Honkinbiai active nigori. The next batter of Kitaan Okuni was sold out and arrived with Iyari, two Yamasan, and Kurosawa Natsuo. We thought we could make a one-day trip to Shinshu on Saturday, but we had it delivered by TA-Q-BIN. After the light sweet fruity Shigaizumi, it was a bit dry with a strong alcohol taste. However, after the second glass or so, it was a dangerous sake that I could drink without any resistance. When I finished it, I could clearly see the kanji character for "Sakunohana" in the bottle! and the kanji characters are clearly visible. The label is reversed because it is the backside of the sake brewing process, and because it is a summer sake, it is called "Urasakunohana. I see.

Hi @Mizuhashi 🐦. I didn't know "back" had such a meaning 😳I'll check it out 😳I guess it means that "back" is common in the coming season! That's very elegant 🎐.

Good evening, Pon-chan 🌆. I think each brewer has a different intention behind it, but I have seen a few sake stores that say Sakunohana is a summer sake 😄. I think there are many breweries that simply have a different ver 😅
